Where Seedora goes with you

Six stages, from a first verdict to a growing business. You decide at the end of each one whether to carry on.

  1. Your verdict

Is it worth building? The market, competitors, what people pay, the rules and the costs, ending in go, pivot or stop.

    Starts here · $29
  2. Shape

Design the business: who pays, for what, what it costs to run, and the legal basics.

  3. Test

Prove people want it before you build, with the cheapest real test and a pass mark set in advance.

  4. Build

Build only what the test proved, each piece checked before it goes live.

  5. Run

Launch and run it: weekly numbers, what is working, and what needs you.

  6. Grow

Do more of what is working, and decide clearly where to go next.

Your verdict is the first step. If it's a go, Seedora can stay with you through every stage after it. You'll be one of our first founders, so you help decide what each stage looks like.

How Seedora works with you

Your first step: the verdict

$29, paid when it arrives. Here is how it works.

  1. Tell us your idea

A few lines is enough. No pitch deck needed.

  2. We research it

Carlos runs your idea through Seedora's research process: the market, competitors, what people pay, the rules that apply and what it would cost. AI-assisted, checked by a person.

  3. You get your verdict

A clear visual page within 3 to 5 working days: go, pivot or stop, and what to test first. Pay $29 when it arrives.

What your verdict includes

For the first ten founders

Founding founders: up to 5 places

Seedora is being built with its first founders. From the first ten verdicts, Carlos will invite up to five founders whose ideas get a go to grow their business with Seedora, and to help shape the tool itself.

  • Special founding-founder rates on every stage after the verdict
  • A direct say in what Seedora builds next
  • Credit as one of Seedora's founding founders, if you'd like it

Carlos chooses on fit: a go verdict, a founder ready to test their idea, and an idea Seedora can help with. There is no draw and no extra cost to be considered. We'll ask for your feedback along the way and, if you agree, to share your story; neither is required.

Seedora is new. You'll be one of our first ten founders, and your feedback shapes what it becomes.

Questions

When do I pay?

When your verdict arrives. We'll send a $29 payment link with it.

What happens after my verdict?

If it's a go, we'll talk about what you need next. Each stage after the verdict is agreed with you before it starts, and nothing is sold to you automatically.

How are founding founders chosen?

From the first ten founders, Carlos invites up to five whose verdict is a go, who are ready to test their idea, and whose idea Seedora can help with. Every reservation is considered; there is nothing extra to pay or enter.

Do I have to use every stage?

No. You can stop after the verdict, or after any stage. Use as much of the journey as you need.

What if I'm not happy?

Tell us and we'll refund you in full, no questions.

Is this investment or legal advice?

No. It's research to help you decide what to test. For legal, tax or investment decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

Do you keep my idea private?

Yes. Only Carlos reads it. It's stored with our form host, Netlify, and it's never sold or shared with anyone else.
