Seedora · for first-time founders
Turn your idea into a real business.
Building is the easy part now. Knowing what to build isn't. Seedora helps you get there, one clear step at a time. First, an honest report on your idea: who else does it, what people pay, what it would cost, and a clear go, rethink or stop. If it's a go, we stay with you to shape it, test it, build it and grow it.
Free for the first 40 ideas we accept. Then $29 a report, paid when it arrives.

What you get
- A clear go, rethink or stop, and why
- How big the opportunity could be, as an honest range
- Who you'd compete with, and where the gap is
- What people already pay for something like it
- The rules and costs to know about, for the country you'd start in
- The cheapest way to test it next
- A source for every claim, and anything unknown marked as unknown
Example, for a made-up idea
Ready-packed camping kits for first-time campers
Rethink
- Why
- People want to try camping without buying the gear, but rental shops and community groups already lend it cheaply. The gap is a ready-packed kit a beginner can pick up and go.
- Test first
- Offer five weekend kits through one campsite for two weekends. Go ahead if 10 people book and pay in advance.
What your report looks like
Every report comes as a short presentation and a full report with every detail and source. You can save both as PDFs. These slides are from the made-up camping-kits example.
Any idea, any industry
A few made-up examples of the answer a report can give.
-
After-school maths tutoring online, for expat families
Go
Parents already pay for tutors, but few offer their home curriculum in the evening. Test: ten trial lessons through two school parent groups.
-
A dog-walking service for people in the same building
Go
Busy owners already pay walkers; staying in one tower cuts travel and builds trust. Test: a sign-up sheet in three buildings.
-
A monthly surprise box of indie board games
Rethink
Players buy games, but they like to choose them. A "pick one a month" club is the version to test first.
-
A mobile car-detailing van
Stop
People want it, but strong rivals, equipment costs and local permits leave too little margin at a price they'd pay.
How it works
Not one chatbot. A whole team works on your idea.
Seedora is built like a small company. Each desk is a specialist AI that researches one part of your idea. Every desk has a lead that sends weak work back. Then we read the whole report before you do.
Your idea, in a few lines
No pitch deck, no tech skills.

Why you can trust the answer
Honest, not flattering
We'll never call an idea good just to please you. A stop is a result too: it saves you money.
Sourced, not guessed
Every claim links to where it came from, and anything we couldn't find out is marked as unknown.
A real person checks it
AI does the heavy lifting; we read and check every report before you see it.
We use it ourselves
Seedora was built with Seedora, and with the same tools we took a new family business from design to live in 3 days.
If it's a go, we'll help you grow it
After a go, Seedora can help with what comes next. Each step is optional and priced before it starts.

Who works on each stage
Founding founders: from our first 40 reports, up to five founders with a go are invited to grow their business with Seedora at founding rates, and to help shape what it becomes.
Why I built Seedora
I've spent 18 years building software, from small startups to hyper-scale companies. In the London startup scene I watched good founders fail slowly: stuck on an idea they couldn't test, or worn out running a business alone.
If you'd never run a company, you needed a mentor, and good ones are hard to find and harder to keep. Then the work never stops: customers, money, admin and a hundred decisions a week.
My wife's performing-arts company took ten years to build, five of them spent making our own tools. This summer, with the tools I'm putting into Seedora, we took a new business of hers from design to live in 3 days.
I believe that's where things are heading. AI made software cheap to build for yourself, and a business of your own is next. Building is the easy part now. The hard part is knowing whether people want it, how big it could be, the rules where you'd start, your first steps and the support you could get.
Seedora is built to make running a business easier. Think of it as a business consultant who knows your company, and a team that helps you run it:
- it keeps your business's context and numbers, so you can run an idea past it any time
- it helps you set up the systems a company runs on
- it takes repetitive work off your hands
- it keeps you focused on what moves things forward
It starts with an honest report on your idea. AI tends to tell you what you want to hear, so Seedora gives it direction, and I check every report myself. We use it on two of our own businesses so far, with more ideas in the pipeline, and Seedora itself was built with Seedora: its research, its name and this page. It hasn't run yours yet: you'd be one of the first to try it.
Worst case, you find out early and save yourself years. Best case, you don't have to build it alone.

Thanks, . Your idea is in. We'll email you within 7 days to say whether we can take it on, and to ask anything we need.
Save a copy of your idea. Your receipt email has a proof code that matches it.
We've had 100 ideas, so requests are closed for now. Thank you for thinking of us.
Get your idea checked
We use your name, email and idea to prepare your report and contact you about it, and to send updates only if you tick that box. Your idea stays private: it is kept in our own database in Germany (hosted by Render) and researched with AI tools, which see a rewritten brief only, never your name or email, with AI training turned off on our account. It is never sold or published, and only the services that run Seedora (our host, email, mailbox and AI research tools) hold it. Requests and research chats are deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask: reply to any email from us. If you allow it, Google Analytics measures visits to this page; it never sees your form answers. The details are in our privacy notice.
Questions
Could you steal my idea?
No. Your idea stays yours: we'll never build or sell it, share it beyond the services that run Seedora, or compete with you on it. If it's close to an idea we're already working on, we'll tell you before we start, and you can withdraw it, and we'll delete it. Only we read what you send; the AI tools see a rewritten brief without your name or email, with AI training turned off on our account. We email you a dated receipt with a proof code that matches your saved copy, so you can always show the idea was yours. And you don't need to share the secret part: the problem, who it's for and roughly how it works is enough.
When will I get my report?
We'll email you within 7 days of sending your idea, to say whether we can take it on and to ask anything we need. If we do, your report arrives by email 3 to 5 working days later.
Does it work for my country?
Yes. The report looks at the country you'd start in, including the rules and costs that apply there.
When do I pay?
The first 40 ideas we accept don't pay at all, and a declined idea never pays. After that, you pay when your report arrives: we'll send a $29 payment link with it. Our first email tells you whether yours is one of the free 40.
What happens after my report?
If it's a go, we'll talk about what you need next. Each stage after the report is agreed with you before it starts, and nothing is sold to you automatically.
How are founding founders chosen?
From the first 40 reports, we'll invite up to five founders whose report is a go, who are ready to test their idea, and whose idea Seedora can help with. Every report is considered, and there is nothing to pay or enter to be chosen.
Do I have to use every stage?
No. You can stop after the report, or after any stage. Use as much of the journey as you need.
What if I'm not happy?
If you paid for your report, tell us and we'll refund you in full, no questions.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT?
You can, and it will help. But ChatGPT is one assistant, and it tends to tell you what you want to hear. Seedora is a team of specialist desks that check each other's work: every desk has a lead that sends weak work back, every claim needs a source, and the pass mark for your test is set before you run it. And we check every report ourselves.
Is this investment or legal advice?
No. It's research to help you decide what to test. For legal, tax or investment decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
Do you keep my idea private?
Yes. It's kept in our own database in Germany, hosted by Render, and researched with AI tools, which see a rewritten brief only, never your name or email, with AI training turned off on our account. It's never sold or published, and only the services that run Seedora (our host, email, mailbox and AI research tools) hold it. A request from this form is deleted within 12 months, or sooner if you ask; if you go on to open an account, your idea stays until you delete it. The details are in our privacy notice.
